Legacy Point Advisors, LLC was formed by Dr. Mike Felix to advise emerging companies and leaders on strategic planning, improving results, changing culture, driving employee engagement, predictive hiring practices, and to mentor executives to realize their full potential as leaders.

          With more than 40 years' experience in technology and telecom companies, Dr. Felix led several venture-capital backed start-ups and turn-arounds and eventually retired from his senior executive role with a Fortune 50 company, having led several key divisions.  

            In his operational roles, Mike lived out his commitment to diversity by investing time in formal mentoring relationships where he coached more than 100 junior executives and emerging leaders from all walks of life. He also served as an executive sponsor for the field-services leadership training program, where he regularly spoke on the science and empirical evidence for developing authentic and effective leadership styles.

            Dr. Felix has served on the boards of more than 15 companies and organizations and is currently actively involved as a consultant and advisor to companies. Mike holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of South Florida and a master's and Ph.D. in psychology from Fielding Graduate University.
